Carole Adolphe is a Chief Financial Officer, author, speaker, and board leader with more than 30 years of executive experience helping organizations grow, transform, and navigate complexity. Throughout her career, she has partnered with CEOs, boards of directors, and leadership teams to build financially strong, operationally sound organizations while leading finance, strategy, contracts, compliance, and organizational transformation.
Her executive career spans entrepreneurial startups, high-growth companies, and established government contractors, where she has successfully led organizations through rapid expansion, mergers and acquisitions, federal compliance, financial modernization, and strategic growth initiatives. Recognized for combining financial discipline with strategic insight, Carole is known for helping organizations solve complex business challenges while building high-performing teams and cultures grounded in trust, accountability, and excellence.
Beyond her executive leadership, Carole has remained committed to developing leaders at every stage of their journey. She has served on nonprofit boards, advised executive teams, mentored emerging professionals, and taught entrepreneurship at the university level, helping students transform ideas into viable businesses.
In 2025, Carole took a personal sabbatical that led her across eight countries and ultimately reshaped how she viewed leadership. While her passion for business and organizational leadership remained unchanged, the experience deepened her understanding of resilience, authenticity, curiosity, and the human side of leadership. Those lessons became the foundation for her book, Permission to Lead Differently: Eight Countries. One Awakening. A New Way to Lead.
Whether she is in the boardroom, on stage, or mentoring the next generation of leaders, Carole believes leadership is not defined solely by the results we achieve, but by the environments we create, the people we develop, and the legacy we leave behind.

Traveling through different cultures, landscapes, and ways of being, Carole shed the layers of expectation and performance she had accumulated over a career. She listened. She reflected. She remembered who she was before the world told her who to be.
That journey — raw, transformative, and deeply human — became the foundation of her book, Permission to Lead Differently, and the lens through which she now helps other leaders find their own way back to themselves.
